I’m a Freelance Proofreader and Editor based in the UK.

I’ve loved English since the moment I could read. From an early age, if I wasn’t reading, or carrying a book around with me, there was definitely something wrong.

All that reading clearly had an influence on me, and I have aspired to become an author for most of my life, taking on a BA English Degree at Sheffield Hallam University.

Alongside my love for writing, I have taken an interest in the publishing industry, specifically the editing process. I’ve often been the first point of call for my friends when they need someone to look over their essays or creative writing, checking for any errors they may have missed. This has led me to pursue a career in proofreading and editing, which is how I’ve ended up here!

I’ve set up this freelancing business to provide young writers with an editing service from someone in the same position. So far, I have worked on a novel, university essays, a comic, and even a video game plot. Whether you are a young writer in terms of age, or taking your first steps into the writing world, I’m here to give you a hand in making your writing the best it can be.
